By accessing or using the Militant Shipping Courier website, mobile application, or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Militant Shipping Courier provides air freight, sea freight, package forwarding, customs clearance assistance, delivery, and related logistics services to customers shipping items to Jamaica.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipment information
  • Ensure packages comply with Jamaican and international shipping laws
  • Pay all applicable shipping, customs, storage, and handling fees
  • Properly package items before shipment

3. Prohibited Items

Customers may not ship:

  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Weapons or explosives
  • Hazardous materials
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Restricted or prohibited items under Jamaican or international law

We reserve the right to refuse or dispose of prohibited shipments without refund.

4. Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Taxes
  • Government charges
  • Additional inspection fees

Militant Shipping Courier is not responsible for customs delays or seizures by authorities.

5. Delivery Times

Estimated shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Airline or shipping carrier issues
  • Government regulations
  • Unforeseen operational circumstances

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

While we strive to handle all shipments carefully, Militant Shipping Courier is not liable for:

  • Improperly packaged items
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Delays beyond our control
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Storage Fees

Packages left uncollected for an extended period may incur storage fees. Unclaimed packages may be disposed of after reasonable notice.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, and materials are the property of Militant Shipping Courier and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Militant Shipping Courier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
